Questions

Every answer, before you ask.

What is an Uzbek LLC, and what does it require?
The standard vehicle for foreign founders: limited liability, full foreign ownership allowed. It requires a name, a registered address, a director, at least one founder and a charter — most activities have no minimum capital requirement. The form assembles all of it.
Can I own 100% of the company?
Yes. Uzbekistan permits full foreign ownership of an LLC — your name is on the charter from day one.
Can a foreign company be the shareholder?
Yes. Founders can be individuals, foreign companies, or a mix. A corporate shareholder adds legalised registry extracts and apostilles — your checklist generates those requirements automatically.
Can I be the director myself?
Yes, a foreigner can hold the role — residency and work-permit requirements then apply, and the platform maps them for you. Most founders start with our directorship service and switch to themselves later; the swap is a standard filing.
Do I need to travel to Uzbekistan?
No. Every step — registration, tax, bank — is handled remotely through your account. Your only physical task is notarising one document in your own country.
Will a bank accept me as a foreigner? How do its KYC checks work?
Yes — foreign-owned LLCs open accounts routinely. The bank runs standard KYC: passport, source of funds, company documents. Rejections almost always come from incomplete files, not nationality — so the platform assembles the exact pack the bank expects before anything is submitted.
What does the company have to administer after incorporation?
Monthly bookkeeping, tax filings on the Uzbek calendar, payroll if you hire, and statutory reports. All of it runs in the same account you incorporated with — or hand it to your own accountant, the books are yours.
What are the blockers?
Three situations the standard flow can’t take: licensed activities (banking, insurance, telecom and similar), more than 50 shareholders, and charter capital above 400,000,000 UZS. The form flags them instantly and hands you to a partner law firm instead of letting you pay for the wrong path.
When do I pay?
After you create an account and see your exact price. Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice — the document stage unlocks once it lands. Nothing is charged for filling the form.
